Software, apps and games: built faster with AI, checked by experience

kaigor Development is the development studio of Kai Gorschlüter in Hamm, Germany. I build custom software, apps, games and web applications for businesses. I use AI tools to deliver projects far faster than the classic way, and because I have been programming myself for more than two decades, I can verify what gets built.

Speed from AI, confidence from experience

AI now writes in minutes what used to take days. The catch: it does not notice when the result is insecure, unmaintainable or simply wrong. That is where I come in.

  • Faster results: prototypes in days instead of weeks, features in hours instead of days. That cuts cost and time to launch.
  • Checked by experience: I keep an eye on architecture, security, maintainability and performance myself. Over 20 years of hands-on development in web, apps and games show me where AI code typically goes wrong.
  • One point of contact: you talk directly to the person who plans, builds and reviews. No game of telephone, no agency layers.

What I build

How a project works

  1. Conversation: you describe the goal, I ask the questions that save money later.
  2. Quote: clear scope, realistic effort, fixed price or hourly rate, whatever fits the project.
  3. Build: short cycles, something clickable early, regular check-ins.
  4. Handover: documentation, onboarding and ongoing support if you want it.

Frequently asked questions

Why not just build it with AI myself?

For a prototype that often works. As soon as security, payments or scale matter, it shows whether someone understands the code. I use AI for speed and check the result for validity.

What kind of projects fit kaigor Development?

Games and apps in entertainment, but equally applications for real operations: online shops, customer portals, marketing tools, internal tools. From a small tool to a platform maintained over years.

Who do you work for, and where?

Businesses, agencies, event organizers and founders. I am based in Hamm, Germany, and work mostly remotely with clients across Germany and Europe. Communication in German or English.

What does a project cost?

It depends on scope. After a short conversation you get an honest estimate with effort and price before you decide. Small tasks are billed hourly, larger projects at a fixed price if you prefer.
